Privacy Policy

Version 2 · effective 27 August 2026

1. Who we are

LEELA HEAVEN CO.,LTD. (บริษัท ลีลา เฮฟเว่น จำกัด), a company registered in Thailand, juristic person number 0835566009126, registered office 55/71 Moo 8, Koh Phangan Subdistrict, Koh Phangan District, Surat Thani Province, Thailand. We decide why and how your personal data is used.

To contact us about your data, write to leeladevsgroup@leeladevs.com.

2. What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about the property you are looking for — purpose, timescale, budget range, number of bedrooms.
  • What Meta gives us: when you open one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may fill in your phone number and email address from the profile it already holds.
  • Your messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or by email, we keep the conversation, any files you send, and your messaging profile picture.
  • What we work out: your approximate location and language, which advert brought you to us, and a summary of your enquiry.
  • Earlier records: some records were transferred from CRM systems we used previously.

3. Why we use it

PurposeLegal basis
Answering your enquiry and discussing a property with youNecessary to do what you asked us to do
Keeping a record of the enquiry and our conversationOur legitimate interest in running a property business
Sending you marketing messagesYour consent, which you may withdraw at any time
Tax, accounting and legal obligationsRequired by law

4. Who else sees it

Not “our partners” — these, by name:

  • Meta Platformshosts our forms and our messaging channels, and keeps its own separate copy of your lead record and of messages sent through its apps.
  • HubSpotour customer database. Stored in the United States.
  • Respond.iothe platform our team uses to message you.
  • Cloudflarecarries and briefly stores your form submission.
  • Amazon Web Servicesstores files and images from conversations.
  • Googleone of our email channels.
  • ClickUpour internal work system, where enquiries are assigned to a salesperson.
  • LEELA MANAGEMENT CO.,LTD.a company in our group, which operates several of the systems above on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Automated analysis

We use automated systems, which may include artificial-intelligence services, to summarise your enquiry and your conversation with us, and to help our salespeople prioritise replies. These summaries are saved to your record.

No automated decision with a legal effect on you is taken. A person always decides whether and how to contact you. If you would prefer that we did not apply this to your data, write to us and we will stop.

6. Where your data is held

Thailand and the United States, and wherever Meta holds data for its own services. Some of these countries do not provide data-protection standards equivalent to those of the United Kingdom or the European Union. If you want to know what protects a particular transfer, ask us.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with you about a property, and afterwards for as long as we may need it to answer a legal or tax claim. You do not have to wait for that — if you want your data deleted now, ask us.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, transfer it to another company, or withdraw your consent. Where a service we use keeps its own independent copy — Meta in particular — we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot reach.

9. Stopping marketing

You can tell us at any time to stop sending you marketing, and we will stop. Reply STOP to any message from us, or write to leeladevsgroup@leeladevs.com.

10. Contact and complaints

Write to leeladevsgroup@leeladevs.com, or to LEELA HEAVEN CO.,LTD. at the address in section 1. We aim to answer within 30 days (Thailand) or one month (United Kingdom and European Union), and if we need longer we will tell you why before that deadline.

If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (Thailand), the Information Commissioner’s Office (United Kingdom), the Information Regulator (South Africa), or the data protection authority of the country where you live.

11. Changes

This is version 2, effective 27 August 2026. When we change it we will publish a new version here with a new number and date.
